+ You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the license agreement. Please be aware that the license agreement may be updated periodically, and such updates may occur without prior notification. We strongly recommend that you review the specific requirements associated with each license type to ensure full compliance. Upon acquiring a license, you will have access to both the latest and previous versions of the product, which will be made available for your reference

+ If the licensing terms change, such changes will only apply to new purchasers. The terms of your current license will remain in effect for the duration specified in your agreement. However, any provisions related to applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or other legal requirements may be updated and will apply to all purchasers, in order to protect the integrity of our products. Any such updates will be clearly communicated, including the effective date of the changes

+ As the brand owner, we reserve the right to remove, delete, or request the removal of any user found in violation of the terms specified in our licensing agreement. Such actions are taken to uphold the integrity of the licensing terms and ensure compliance. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the license. This policy is implemented to emphasize the importance of adhering to the agreed-upon terms and maintaining the standards set forth in our licensing agreement

+ Any modification or alteration, including minor changes, to the font does not grant you ownership of the copyright. The license granted is for usage only, and any modifications must be explicitly communicated to and approved by the copyright holder. Please note that the permission to use the font does not transfer ownership of the copyright

+ You may not use the fonts in any type of logo or trademark. Such usage requires a separate, custom license. Additionally, as specified in our subscription terms, uses such as for broadcast or similar applications also require a custom license

+ Modifying, adapting, or translating the Font Software

+ Transferring or sublicensing the Font Software to any third party

+ Reselling the original files or assets in any formn

+ Claiming ownership or authorship of the original assets

+ Create, upload, or distribute vectorized designs, including but not limited to alphabets, symbols, or any combinations thereof, for sale on microstock platforms such as Freepik, Pixabay, Shutterstock, or similar services without explicit written permission

+ Delete all font files from: Any cloud storage or local devices & Software or applications where fonts were integrated

+ Unembed fonts from websites or mobile apps by: Removing font files from web servers, Clearing (.woff, .woff2, .ttf, .eot) files & Updating or removing @font-face declarations

+ Reuploading content—whether static or dynamic, including formats such as TIFF, MP4, 3D, and 2D—requires a new subscription

+ Reprints of existing designs require a new subscription

+ For quantities exceeding plan allowances or unique requests, a custom license is necessary. Please contact our support team for assistance

+ Once the subscription expires or is canceled, the user is prohibited from continuing to use the products

+ Upon subscription termination: All rights to use the company's products, services, or intellectual property will cease immediately & Registration of new products after the subscription period expires is not allowed

+ The license remains valid for lifetime usage, provided that: Impressions or views do not exceed the limits of the previous plan & If limits are exceeded, you must contact us to adjust as custom license

+ Re-registering with the same plan after expiration is not possible

+ Using previously downloaded assets in new commercial projects is strictly prohibited

+ Subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer

+ Individual users must register using a professional email address linked to their identity

+ Companies must register using a professional email address that matches their official domain (e.g., name@company.com) and links to their verified website

+ If a company has an official domain but fails to use it for registration, any font usage activity associated with the account will not be protected under our Terms of Service

+ Accounts created using random or anonymous email addresses (e.g., 0987677yuy@mai.com) may be canceled without prior notice due to security concerns. In such cases, any associated font usage activity will not be covered under our Terms of Service

+ Users and companies cannot re-register for the same or previous plans once they expire or are canceled. If your needs exceed the current plan's limits, please contact us for assistance in upgrading to a suitable plan

+ You may not use the fonts in any type of logo or trademark. Such usage requires a separate, custom license. Additionally, as specified in our subscription terms, uses such as for broadcast or similar applications also require a custom license

+ Modifying, adapting, or translating the Font Software

+ Transferring or sublicensing the Font Software to any third party

+ By "modify," we mean creating a new version of our fonts. You are not permitted to modify, alter, or create derivative works from our fonts. Please use the original version as provided. The font must always be used in its original form.

+ The font must be used in its original scale and form, without alteration. Any usage that deviates from this standard, including prohibited modifications, requires prior approval. If you need to use the font in a manner not covered by this agreement, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements

+ Skewing, italicizing, outlining, or making similar modifications to the font is strictly prohibited unless such alterations are included in an officially released version of the font. If a version with these modifications has not been launched, you are not permitted to create or apply these changes. The font must be used in its original form as provided

+ You may apply text effects to the font (such as shadows, gradients,etc) as long as the original forms of the letters are not modified. Any changes to the font's structure, shape, or design are prohibited without explicit permission
